ABOUT ME AND MY VISION
My name is Benjamin Hobby - Osman and I am a welshman whos obsessed with brewing great coffee. I have been working in the coffee industry for half a decade and I have a wide range of knowledge about what makes a good cup. The average UK adult drinks 2 cups of coffee every day - so why settle for boring instant rubbish. Being a barista for such a long time has shown me that customers never really think about where their coffee is coming from. I want to change that! I want people to come into The Coffee Collective and walk away feeling just that little bit more inspired about where their cup of joe comes from.
The Coffee Collective is a coffee shop with a difference. Its a place people can come in and grab a cup to go, or stay a while and enjoy a coffee experience like no other whilst learning about their cup.
Where as other coffee brands only offer traditional cups of espresso-based beverages, at The Coffee Collective we pride ourselves on offering great drinks at our "experience bar" from exotic brew methods such as V60 Pour overs, Chemex and Siphons. See our menu in store for more information.
The Coffee Collective is also an ethically transparent company - only sourcing materials from sustainable sources and trusted wholesalers. We make sure everything is fully traceable so that you can enjoy your beverage with piece of mind.
